FAQ’S

*Can I order just the meals I want?
Yes. Our order form will launch weekly. 2 Meals are prepared on Monday and 3 Meals are prepared on Wednesday. Pick the meals you’d like; in any quantity you’d like.

*When is the deadline for placing my order?
All orders for the upcoming week must be received on Sundays by 5pm. **But please be aware, there are limited quantities and we have been selling out much earlier than our Sunday deadline.**

*How do I re-heat my meals?
Place container with lid into pre-heated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Be sure to pre-heat the oven all the way to 350.
Heating instructions are on the label of each container.

*When will I receive my order?
Monday meals are available for carry out or delivery Mondays 4pm-7pm
Wednesday meals are available for carry out or delivery Wednesdays 4pm-7pm

*Can you accommodate food allergies/special diets?
We are not presently editing our meals according to preference. Some meals are keto friendly, gluten free, et al, but by happenstance rather than planning. We focus more on eliminating additives, preservatives, artificial colors and flavors. We use fresh ingredients to offer well balanced nutrition and flavorful outcomes.

*How do I get my order?
Monday meals are available for carry out or delivery Mondays 4pm-7pm
Wednesday meals are available for carry out or delivery Wednesdays 4pm-7pm

*How long do the meals last?
Each meal should last 4 days under proper refrigeration. They are made the same day you receive them. They may last longer, but we err on the side of caution.

*Can I freeze my meals?
We don’t recommend this as we are unsure of the quality of the meal after freezing.

*How do I order?
See the form link under the “Order” tab of this website,  fill out your personal info, make your selections, provide payment, get food. Super easy.

*What kind of food do you do?
We prepare a wide range of meals all consisting of protein, starch, and fresh vegetables. Dishes are varied and familiar. Menu changes weekly. You’ll find a variety of American, Asian, Italian etc. Heck, every once in a while, we even have breakfast for dinner!

*Do you charge for delivery?
Yes. $3 per delivery. Any number of meals may be delivered for a flat $3 fee.

*Is tipping expected?
No. Tipping is not expected, but always appreciated. The delivery driver will receive the entirety of the delivery fee.
